Child and Teen Therapy (ages 11-17): Therapy for tweens and teens is especially important during this formative stage of development, as young people today face increasing societal pressures related to school performance, peer relationships, bullying, social media, body image, and identity exploration. Adolescence is a critical time for emotional regulation, relationship patterns, and self-understanding to take shape, and having a consistent, supportive therapeutic relationship can make a meaningful difference. I provide individual therapy for youth ages 11–17 in a trauma-informed, relational, and culturally responsive space where they can feel safe to express themselves, build coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, and develop tools that support both their current well-being and long-term emotional health.
Adult Individual Therapy (ages 18+): Individual adult therapy offers a supportive space to explore life stressors, relationship patterns, identity, and emotional well-being—especially in the context of ongoing societal pressures, work demands, family roles, and past experiences. I work with adults to address concerns such as anxiety, mood challenges, life transitions, burnout, and the impact of trauma, with an emphasis on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier relational patterns. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and collaborative, supporting clients in developing insight, coping skills, and a stronger connection to themselves and others.
Couples Therapy: Couples therapy provides a supportive space to explore relationship dynamics, improve communication, and strengthen emotional connection—especially during times of stress, transition, or conflict. I work with couples to address concerns such as communication breakdowns, trust issues, life changes, and differing needs or expectations, with attention to how past experiences, attachment patterns, and external stressors impact the relationship. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative, helping partners build understanding, repair disconnection, and develop tools for healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Family Therapy: Family therapy offers a supportive space for families to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges together. I work with families to address concerns such as conflict, life transitions, parenting stress, behavioral concerns, and the impact of stress or trauma on family dynamics. Using a relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach, family therapy helps each member feel heard and supported while building healthier patterns of connection, understanding, and collaboration within the family system.
Middle School & High School Group Therapy: Group therapy for middle school and high school–aged youth offers a supportive space to connect with peers, reduce isolation, and build emotional and social skills during a critical stage of development. In the context of academic pressure, peer relationships, bullying, body image concerns, and identity exploration, group therapy helps youth learn that they are not alone while practicing communication, emotional regulation, and coping skills in real time. Groups are trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate, and facilitated to promote safety, belonging, confidence, and healthy peer relationships.
I primarily provide therapy through secure telehealth appointments, allowing for flexibility and accessibility.
