Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance or who choose not to use their insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services.

A Good Faith Estimate outlines the anticipated charges for therapy services and is provided prior to starting services or upon request. This estimate is not a bill and may change based on the length of treatment, frequency of sessions, or clinical needs.

If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
